Kinvoy was created to take the administrative weight off families at the worst possible time, and give them the clarity, structure, and confidence to handle every responsibility after a loss.
Our Story
In September 2025, our co-founder Sarah lost her father. They had not been particularly close, and that distance made an already painful situation significantly harder. She had no idea where to find his will, which bank accounts existed, whether he had life insurance, or even which solicitor he had used. Every institution she contacted asked for documents she did not have, and every answer led to three more questions.
There was no single place to go. Information was scattered across government websites, solicitor leaflets, and well meaning but incomplete advice from friends. Deadlines were easy to miss. Documents were hard to track down. And the emotional weight of navigating it all alone, without the comfort of a close relationship to draw on, was significant.
Kinvoy is the platform Sarah wished had existed. A secure, structured, compassionate portal that guides next of kin through every responsibility from the first week to the final distribution, so they can focus on what matters most, not on paperwork.
